A Professionally maintained website with real time metrics
Professional email addresses for you and your staff. As an example: office@yourwebdomain.com, records@yourwebdomain.com and accounting@yourwebdomain.com. This includes calendars and Microsoft Office365.
How about online forms? We offer New Family Registration, Returning Family Registration, Daily Lesson Plans, Quarterly Evaluations, EOY (End Of Year) for Elementary (1st - 6th grades) and Secondary (7th - 12th grades)!
We offer other forms such as a Pastor’s Questionnaire and most importantly, Transcript Request forms! These forms minimize the back-and-forth! The family completes the form and all fields are “required” so you’ll have all the information you need to complete a transcript!
We use GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) industry compliance to send out monthly Newsletters and intermittent Miscellaneous News emails to keep your families well informed.
When families sign up for your emails, they must “double-opt-in” to confirm their identity and can manage their subscriptions themselves (high school events, field trips, etc) - no more maintaining email lists within your contact list!
Reporting and data access? We offer plans that include website management, downloadable data from all forms in PDF, XLS or CSV.
